Portfolios are the materials that represents you as a person. You can either send them by E-mail or postal mail service. One thing to remember though is to make sure you have everything because if you don't while, I'll ask you to give it to me before I look completely over your portfolio. If another person comes in and wants the same role and has a complete portfolio-basically has the same stuff you do- he would probably get the job if the stuff we had was what we wanted.
